Rebecca Finlay joined the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research in September 2010. She was most recently Senior Advisor, Communications with the Toronto Region Research Alliance. Previously, she served as Group Director, Public Affairs and Cancer Control for the Canadian Cancer Society and National Cancer Institute of Canada. Before moving to the non‐profit sector, Ms. Finlay worked in the financial services sector where she was First Vice President, Financial Institution and Partnership Marketing for Bank One International and Vice President, Member Business Management with MasterCard International. Ms. Finlay has served on the boards of Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences Centre and the Orthopaedic and Arthritic Hospital, Foundation and Corporation.
