Elaine Shin is the Manager of the Partnerships and Consultation team of the Ontario Growth Secretariat, Ministry of Infrastructure. Ms. Shin has over 10 years experience in public policy, stakeholder relations and communications. Prior to joining the Secretariat, she held senior positions with the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council, the Toronto Board of Trade, and the Ontario Government. Ms. Shin has worked on a range of policy issues, including city building, economic development and infrastructure.
